The modern room with a comfortable bed. Fresh bottle water is available every day in the room ( in a glass bottle). Chocolate is given every day to each room. 3 swimming pools with different sizes ( plus one for adults and one for small kids). Paddle and football fields. Towels that could be exchanged all day long at the swimming pool area. Staff is super friendly, remembering kids name and joking with them. Modern facility.

Superb family holiday. Everything you could wish for. It is rare on holidays that sunbeds are available. Not here. There were always sunbeds available. And if they weren't then the staff would organise additional ones for you. Towels are not stringent. They are readily available with no restrictions. The drinks are served in glass or decent quality cups, not paper like many all inclusives. The rooms were simply incredible. Comfortable and always cleaned to a high standard. The rooms had coffee machines which were refilled with fresh coffee pods each day. The fridge had beer and champagne. The food was fantastic with a range of an additional 3 restaurants that can be booked in advance. We really loved this place as there were no single sex groups and the hotel had a really friendly relaxed atmosphere.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. A special shoutout to Mohammed and his team in the Essence dining area — their service was warm, attentive, and genuinely made each meal more enjoyable. The staff at The Cookout and the bar were also amazing — always friendly, helpful, and full of positive energy. The food was good with a nice variety, and the facilities were well-maintained and provided everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend and would love to return!

The wide selection, and quality, of the food, including there being a variety of restaurants within the hotel to choose from. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.
